We want to let you know that we are taking the threat COVID-19, Coronavirus, very seriously. We are listening to the daily advice from the government and the pub will remain open just now. Along with everyone else, we will take appropriate actions as and when necessary.

We would like to assure you that at the pub we have strict cleaning procedures in place, both front and back of house. We carry out frequent cleaning of tables, chairs, bar area, door handles etc and of course the kitchen areas.

We have plenty of soap for visitors to wash their hands as often as they would like.

With regard to social distancing, if you would like to visit you can let us know in advance so that we can give you adequate table spacing for your group.

We will also offer takeaway food from this evening. If you like you can telephone your order through and we can take card payment over the phone and have your food ready to collect.

Tonight we will have the following food available for takeaway:

Chicken Burger and Fries

Chicken Breast in a light beer batter, Smoked Bacon, Lettuce and Red Onion, Sriracha Chilli Sauce, Garli Mayo on a toasted Brioche Bun

Vegetarian Cheese Burger and Fries

Vegetarian Patty, Melted Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion, Burger Relish (contains mustard) and Garlic Mayo in a toasted Brioche Bun. Can also be prepared Vegan.

Beef Meatball Curry, Rice and Mini Nan Medium hot Kashmiri Curry

All £10 each.

We can also pour your draught beer for you to take away. Just bring a suitable container along and we will fill it with your favourite ale, lager or cider.

Opening Hours Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March.

We will be closed during the day on both days, but will be open each evening between 6pm and 8pm offering takeaways. You are of course welcome to eat in and have drinks from the bar.
